Traditional agents charge a percentage of the sale price. The higher the price, the more the agent earns, regardless of the effort involved. At The Good Agent you pay a fixed amount, agreed in advance. This way you know exactly what to expect and you always get a good service.

With the Essential package, you handle the viewings yourself and we take care of everything else (listings, advice, legal coordination). With the Complete package, we conduct the viewings for you (up to 50 included).

You pay a €800 start-up fee upon signing the agreement. The remaining amount is paid at the time of transfer of the property.

Yes, professional photos and a floor plan are included in both packages.

Most of the notaries in Spain don’t speak English. For €200 extra, we can send someone along to your notary appointment to guide you through the process in English. Please note: this is not an official/sworn translator.

The agreement runs for 12 months. After that, you can choose to extend for another 12 months for €350, or stop. In case you want to stop, you only owe the start-up fee already paid.

In that case, in addition to the start-up fee, a cancellation fee applies: €800 for the Essential package or €1,800 for Complete package.

Additional viewings beyond 50 cost € 40 each, or you can choose to conduct them yourself.

Yes, we do. However, if it’s a detached house or a property with a living area larger than 150 m², a surcharge of € 250 applies.

Certainly. However, the legal check and handling process is more extensive in the case of an inheritance or divorce. That’s why we apply a surcharge of 10% in that case.
